Article 1 (Purpose)

(hereinafter referred to as "company") in using the member services (hereinafter referred to as "Service") provided by the website of EUNSUNG POWERTECH Co., Ltd.

Article 2 (Effect and Change of Terms)

① These terms become effective by being posted on the service screen or notified by other means to the user, and take effect when a user who agrees to them joins the service.

Article 3 (Definition of Terms)

- Member: A person who accesses the service, agrees to these terms, and goes through a verification process such as text verification after receiving an ID (unique number) and PASSWORD
- Non-member: A person who uses the services provided by the service provider without registering as a member
- ID (Unique Number): A combination of letters and numbers selected by the user and approved by the service provider for member identification and service use

- Termination of Use: A declaration by the service provider or member to terminate the service contract after using the service.
② The definitions of terms used in these terms, except for those defined in paragraph 1, shall be governed by related laws and regulations and service-specific guidelines.

Article 7 (Amendment of Contractual Matters)
